VF Care Group is an independent agency preparing to serve families across Florida. We think a decision this consequential deserves an unhurried conversation, plain language, and someone who is still there when you come back with the question you thought of afterward.

We take the time
No rushing, no pressure, no calling you three times in a week. Our commitment is that you understand your options clearly. These decisions matter, and they deserve to be explained calmly.
Plain language, two languages
We explain things the way we would explain them to our own parents — in English or in Spanish, whichever you are most comfortable in.
The same people each time
We are based in Florida and will serve clients across the state. You will be talking to the same people next year as this year, not to whoever answers a national call queue.
What we focus on
Medicare and health insurance for individuals and families. That is a deliberately narrow focus — it is the only way to know a subject well enough to explain it simply.
Where we are today
VF Care Group is a new agency, and we are building it carefully rather than quickly. Our licensing is in progress and our carrier relationships are still being established, so you will not find plan names, prices, or benefit details on this site yet. We would rather publish nothing than publish something we cannot stand behind.
