Privacy policy

The short version

We collect the little we need to answer your question, we do not ask for sensitive information on this website, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, preferred language, and your message. Nothing else. You choose what to put in the message.

We deliberately do not ask for — and ask that you do not send us — your Social Security number, your Medicare Beneficiary Identifier, your date of birth, or any medical or health information. None of it is needed to answer a question, and a public website is not the place for it.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and to keep track of our conversation. That is all. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count page views and understand which pages people find useful. It records things like the page you viewed, your approximate region, and the kind of device you used. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine it with the information you send through the contact form.

Most browsers let you block analytics cookies, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics entirely. Doing either will not affect anything on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The only cookies that may be set are those used by Google Analytics, described above.

How long we keep things

We keep correspondence for as long as we may reasonably need it to serve you, and for any period required by insurance recordkeeping rules. If you would like us to delete your information, write to us and we will, unless we are legally required to retain it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will stop. Email info@vfcaregroup.com and a person will read it.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change it, we will change the date at the top. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried.
