If you work the way we do
We are building a small team, slowly, and we care more about how someone treats a client on a bad day than about their production numbers.
What we are looking for
Agents licensed in Florida who are comfortable spending an hour with someone who needs an hour. Bilingual English and Spanish is genuinely valuable here, not a checkbox — a large share of the community we will serve is more comfortable in Spanish.
How we think about it
Unhurried by design
We will not set appointment quotas. A conversation should end when the client’s questions have run out, not when the calendar says so.
Independent
We do not intend to be captive to a single carrier, now or once appointments are in place.
Here for the long run
Rooted in Florida. We would like to still be here, under the same name, in ten years.
Where things stand
VF Care Group is in its early stages. Licensing is in progress and carrier appointments are not yet in place, so we are not in a position to describe contracting terms, commission structures, or lead arrangements — and we are not going to guess at them in public.
